Return & Cancellation Policy

All tanks are custom built to order based on the exact specifications you provide. Because of this, we have a very limited return policy. Please read carefully.

🚫 No Returns on Custom Orders

Because these tanks are custom-sized and application-specific, they have no resale value if returned. We cannot re-stock or re-use them — they are essentially scrap metal once cut and welded. This is why we do not accept returns unless the issue is on our end.

 

You may cancel your order anytime during fabrication, but you will be responsible for the cost of any materials, parts, and labor used up to that point. Refunds will be prorated based on build progress and deducted accordingly.

 

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

• Poor fit due to missing clearance

• Change of mind after purchase

• Improper installation

 

✅ What We WILL Cover

We 100% stand behind our work. If there’s a clear, verifiable issue, we’ll make it right.

 

We will repair or replace a tank at our discretion in the following cases:

• Shipping damage (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and documented with photos)

• Fabrication error on our end (e.g. we built it to the wrong specs or dimensions that you provided)

 

All shipping damage must be reported with clear photos showing the original packaging and tank damage. Tanks must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Damage claims made after installation, use, or modification will not be accepted under any circumstance. Claims beyond 48 hours will not be honored.

 

⚖️ Fabrication Tolerance

All tanks are hand-built from aluminum, which expands and moves under extreme heat during the welding process. Because of this, we maintain a tolerance range of 1/8" to 3/16" on all dimensions.

 

Any minor variation within this range is not considered a defect and is not eligible for refund, remake, or discount. We cannot stress enough that it is always a good idea to leave yourself at least a 1/4'' air gap all around your tank while determining your dimensions.

 

🧰 Buyer Responsibility

It is solely your responsibility to ensure that your dimensions, drawings, and installation plans are correct. We do not verify fitment for your boat, space, or setup. If your tank doesn't fit due to the specs you submitted — that's on you.

 

📦 If You’re Not Sure

Before placing an order, make sure you check out our FAQ page, and:

• Understand our measuring instructions

• Upload a clear, legible drawing

• Leave adequate clearance around the tank

 

If you have any doubts, contact us before ordering. Once we start cutting and welding, there’s usually no going back.

 

🧾 No Verbal Agreements

All agreements and specifications must be submitted in writing. Verbal conversations, texts, or phone calls are not considered valid or binding references for orders.

By placing an order, you are confirming that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Return & Cancellation Policy in full.

 

Final Word

This policy is here to protect both of us. We take your order seriously and build every tank one at a time with care. But it’s your responsibility to provide the right specs.

Again, we don’t guess. We don’t typically take returns. We build what you send us.
