 We specialize in building high-quality, custom aluminum fuel tanks for marine applications. Our streamlined quote and ordering system is designed to make the process easy, transparent, and efficient. Here's exactly how it works:

Step 1: Get an Instant Quote

Choose your tank shape (Rectangular, Belly, V-Bottom, Tapered, or Port-Starboard) and enter the required dimensions. Our calculator will instantly:

  • Calculate the estimated gallon capacity

  • Price the tank based on your dimensions and selected options

  • Offer live shipping options based on your ZIP code

 

No waiting. No email forms. Just real numbers, live on the site.

Step 2: Customize Your Build

Select from a range of fittings and options:

  • Cleanout ports

  • Fuel pickups (including Moeller compatibility)

  • Fuel sender units

  • Mounting tabs

  • Weld-in bungs

  • Material thickness, aluminum grade, and fuel type

 

As you add or remove features, the price updates in real time so you always know exactly what you're paying for.

 

Step 3: Review & Order

Once you're happy with your configuration, click Purchase. You'll be taken to an order summary page that:

  • Displays all your selected dimensions and options

  • Shows a visual diagram of your chosen tank shape

  • Allows you to enter your contact, shipping, and billing info

  • Lets you upload drawings, install photos, or mounting layouts

 

Step 4: Secure Online Payment

All payments are handled through a secure, encrypted checkout. Your card details are never stored and are processed directly by a PCI-compliant payment provider using industry-standard security protocols. Once payment is complete, we’ll send you a confirmation and begin fabrication.

 

Step 5: Fabrication & Delivery

Your custom tank will be fabricated to your exact specifications. Typical lead times vary depending on the selected production speed (standard or expedited). Once completed, it ships to your door via UPS Ground or LTL Freight depending on size.

 

Important Notes:

  • All tanks are custom sized and built-to-order. We do not stock tanks.

  • Orders may be canceled anytime. If during fabrication, you will be charged for the parts, material & labor up to that point.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying fitment prior to placing an order. Measure twice, cut once!
